Earth’s Special Forces have tried virtually everything against Vegeta, but without success. However, Gohan’s tail then suddenly grows back. With the full moon substitute still in the sky, the transformed Gohan proceeds to give Vegeta a taste of his own medicine. Though Vegeta manages to eventually cut off his tail, he still winds up being defeated. Armed with Yajirobe’s sword, Krillin intends to ensure that the weakened Vegeta never threatens Earth again. However, Goku talks him down and allows the Saiyan Prince to leave Earth alive.
